Blending the core stability of Pilates with the restorative flow of Yoga, Corine helps clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and cultivate deeper body awareness. Her work extends beyond physical movement, addressing nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, menopause transitions, and feminine embodiment.

Through her signature approach, Womb Wisdom, Corine integrates breath-led pelvic support, gentle strengthening, and somatic awareness to support womb healing, hormonal balance, and embodied self-connection. Her sessions honour both the physical and energetic body, creating a grounded and nurturing space for healing and self-discovery.

Corine offers online and in-person Yoga, Pilates, and womb-focused sessions designed to be practical, accessible, and deeply supportive. Her work empowers women to build sustainable strength, restore trust in their bodies, and move through life with greater ease, presence, and self-awareness.
